The right access for each person.
Choose what each person on a client file can see and do. An owner works in Easy Mode, a bookkeeper works the inbox and bank, an accountant posts and locks, and an auditor can look without changing anything.

Questions from larger practices
How many clients can I look after?
As many as you need. The Practice plan includes up to 20 client organisations. Each one above 20 costs RM 19 a month, or RM 190 a year on yearly billing (10 months for 12), plus SST. Every client has unlimited users.
Do you offer a service-level agreement?
Not on this page. Practice includes priority support. If you need written commitments, contact us.
Can clients and my team use different modes?
Yes. Clients can use Easy Mode while your team uses Full Mode, on the same ledger.
Can I restrict what a team member can do?
Yes. Use users and roles in the control panel, and give an auditor read-only access when they need to look.
Can I connect my own systems?
Yes. Faas has an open REST API and webhooks. Each push carries a source id and idempotency key so re-syncing never double-posts.
