"One payout covers dozens of orders and I cannot match it."
The bank shows one lump sum. The fees, shipping and refunds inside it are invisible.
Faas matches payouts to your bank, records refunds the right way and shows profit in plain words, so growing sales do not mean growing confusion.
No card needed to start. Set up in minutes.

Orders arrive in one place, money lands in your bank in another, minus fees you did not add up. By month end you know the order count and not much else.
Selling on marketplaces and your own shop creates its own kind of money mess.
The bank shows one lump sum. The fees, shipping and refunds inside it are invisible.
Product cost, platform fees, courier and ads all come out of each sale. Few sellers add them up.
A refund is not just money going out. It cancels part of a sale, and it needs recording that way.
Screenshots, emails and PDFs, with no single place for the proof.
Upload the bank statement or connect a feed. Faas matches each line on amount, date and reference and shows how sure it is. For the lines it cannot place, you tap Yes or No, and bank rules remember your choice for next time.
Faas has an open REST API and webhooks. If your developer or an integration tool sends orders in as invoices, each one carries a source id and an idempotency key. Sending the same order twice never double-posts.

Forward or photograph the invoice. Faas reads the supplier, date and total, and asks if you have paid. The original file stays attached, so you never hunt for a receipt at tax time.
Behind the five simple tabs, Faas keeps proper double-entry books. When your accountant joins, they see exactly what you see, plus the ledger and the Audit Pack.

Orders and payouts keep coming. Here is how the books keep up.
If your store or integration tool pushes orders in, they appear as invoices with the order number as the source id. Without one, you can record sales by hand.
A customer returns an item. You raise a credit note against the order and choose Refund. The sale is corrected, with the original still on record.
The platform pays out in one lump. Upload the statement and Faas suggests the match. You tap Yes, and the fee line goes into its own category.
Open Reports. See profit, what customers owe you and what you owe suppliers. Share the books with your accountant.
Rules change.Confirm current rates and dates with the Royal Malaysian Customs Department, LHDN or your accountant. Faas explains ideas in plain words and does not give legal or tax advice.
These explain why the bank balance and the order count never agree.

Match payouts, record refunds properly and see what you keep.
