"I sell all day but I cannot tell if I made money."
Takings look healthy until rent, suppliers and utilities arrive. Without sales and costs side by side, profit is a guess.
Faas keeps your shop books in plain words. Supplier invoices are scanned, bank lines are matched and profit shows up without waiting for month end.
No card needed to start. Set up in minutes.

The till is ringing, the shelves are full and still the bank balance feels thin. That gap is almost always the same few things: what the goods cost, what is sitting unsold, and bills that arrive before the cash does.
These are the things retail owners tell us keep them up at night. Faas is built around them.
Takings look healthy until rent, suppliers and utilities arrive. Without sales and costs side by side, profit is a guess.
You reorder by feel, run out of what sells fast and sit on what does not.
Delivery notes and invoices get lost, and a due date slips past without anyone noticing.
A return changes the sale. Whether you give cash or credit, it needs to be written down properly.
Faas puts what came in next to what went out. Easy Mode shows money in, money out and profit on the Home tab. Open Reports to see who owes you, what you owe suppliers and an estimate of tax to set aside.
Add your items once with a price. In Full Mode, Faas keeps a stock list with the quantity in hand, flags items that are running low, and lets you adjust the count after a stock take. It is a simple count for a small shop, not a warehouse system.
| Item | Price | In stock |
|---|---|---|
| Arabica beans 1kg | RM 68.00 | 42 |
| Paper cups, box of 50 | RM 14.50 | 6 left |
| Barista training, 1 day | RM 350.00 | Service |
Take a photo of the supplier invoice. Faas reads the supplier, date and total, then asks one question: have you paid this yet? If not, it lands in Bills to pay with a due date and a reminder.
Raise a credit note against the original invoice. Then choose how to settle it: Apply takes the amount off the customer's next invoice with no cash moving, and Refund pays the money back.
Behind the five simple tabs, Faas keeps full double-entry books. At year end your accountant opens the same data in Full Mode, with every entry traced back to the receipt or invoice it came from.

Nothing here needs an accounting course. It is a few taps between customers.
Check Home. You see the cash in the bank, any customer who still owes you and the few things Faas wants you to review. It takes a minute.
The supplier drops off boxes and an invoice. Snap the invoice. Faas reads it and asks if you have paid. If not, it goes to Bills to pay with the due date.
Raise a credit note on the original invoice. Choose Apply to take it off their next purchase, or Refund if you hand the cash back.
Upload the bank statement or let the bank feed run. Matching lines tick themselves. You tap Yes or No on the few that are unclear.
Rules change.Confirm current rates and dates with the Royal Malaysian Customs Department, LHDN or your accountant. Faas explains ideas in plain words and does not give legal or tax advice.
If you understand these, you understand most of what your accountant is talking about.
