Chasing payments should not be a second job.

Most small businesses are not short of customers. They are short of cash that arrives on time. A clear invoice, a simple way to pay and a polite reminder fix most of it.

What changes when invoicing is easy

Without Faas

  • Invoices built in a spreadsheet, saved as PDF, sent by hand
  • No idea if the customer opened it
  • Deposit received? You scroll through the bank app to check
  • Awkward WhatsApp messages asking "any update?"

With Faas

  • A clean invoice from a saved template in two taps
  • See when the customer has viewed it
  • Paid invoices update themselves the moment money lands
  • Reminders go out by themselves, politely, on schedule
How it works

From job done to money in the bank.

1

Create

Choose the customer, add what you sold, and pick a payment term such as 50/50. Faas works out the amounts and due dates.

2

Send

Share the invoice through WhatsApp, email or a link. The customer sees what is due now and what is due later.

3

Get paid

The customer pays through the pay link. The invoice marks itself paid and your bank matches it for you.

Payment terms

Deposit and balance, without the maths.

Save the ways you get paid as templates: full payment, 50/50, deposit and balance, or your own schedule. Faas splits the total, sets each due date and tracks every instalment separately.

  • Reusable templates for every kind of customer
  • Each instalment shows paid, due or late
  • Change a term once and use it everywhere

Reminders

Stop chasing. Let reminders do it.

Faas sends friendly reminders before the due date, on the day, and when an invoice runs late. You choose the wording and the channel, and reminders stop the moment the customer pays.

  • WhatsApp and email reminders
  • A firmer tone only when an invoice is late
  • See who is late at a glance

Repeating work

Bill regular customers once, not every month.

Retainers, rent shares and yearly renewals can repeat on their own. Set the schedule once and the invoice goes out on the day.

  • Monthly, quarterly or yearly schedules
  • Review before it sends, or let it run
  • Every repeat is kept in the customer history

Questions about invoicing

Can I send invoices on WhatsApp?
Yes. Faas creates a link to the invoice and opens WhatsApp with a message ready to send. You can also send by email or copy the link.
Can I split one invoice into a deposit and a balance?
Yes. Choose a payment term when you create the invoice. Each instalment has its own due date and its own paid status.
What happens when a customer pays?
If they pay through the pay link, the invoice updates straight away. If they pay by bank transfer, Faas suggests the match when the payment shows up on your statement.
Can I add my own logo and wording?
Yes. Set your logo, bank details, notes and terms once in Settings and they appear on every invoice.
Does it work for e-Invoice?
Yes. When you turn on tax registration, invoices can be submitted to LHDN MyInvois. See the e-Invoice page for details.
