e-Invoice and tax, without the headache.
Connect Faas to LHDN MyInvois, send invoices as e-Invoices and keep a tax summary ready for your return. Not registered for tax yet? Faas keeps it all out of your way.
Tax features appear only when you switch on "tax registered".

Tax rules sound scary. Using them should not be.
Many Malaysian businesses now hear words like SST and e-Invoice and wonder what to do. Faas does the paperwork side for you: it connects to LHDN, shows the status on each invoice and keeps the tax numbers tidy. What applies to your business is for you and your accountant to confirm.
Rules change.Whether your business must register, when you must start sending e-Invoices and which rates apply all depend on your situation and on the latest rules. Confirm current rates and dates with the Royal Malaysian Customs Department, LHDN or your accountant. Faas does not give legal or tax advice. This page is general education.

Connect LHDN MyInvois
In Settings, open Integrations and connect your MyInvois details once. Faas keeps the connection for you.
Switch on "tax registered"
When your business is registered for tax, flip the toggle. Tax fields and the e-Invoice status appear on invoices. Before that, they stay hidden.
Send invoices as normal
Create and send the invoice the usual way. Faas submits it to LHDN for you and tracks the result.
Check the status and the summary
The invoice shows its e-Invoice status. The tax summary shows tax charged, tax paid and what is left to pay.
Every invoice tells you where it stands.
You see at a glance which invoices are valid, which are still being submitted, and which have not gone yet. The unique ID and QR code from LHDN are stored on the invoice, so they are there when a customer or auditor asks.
- A clear status badge on each invoice
- The unique ID and QR code kept with the invoice
- No copying between portals
Tax charged, tax paid, tax left to pay.
Faas adds up the tax you charged on sales and the tax you paid on purchases, then shows what is left. Download the summary for your accountant when it is time to file. The numbers below are examples only.
- Taxable sales and tax charged, summed for you
- Tax paid on purchases taken from your scanned bills
- A return summary you can download and share with your accountant
Not registered? You will not even see it.
Tax and e-Invoice stay hidden in Easy Mode until you switch on "tax registered" in Settings. That keeps a small business, a freelancer or a new shop free from screens that do not apply to them yet.
- No tax boxes on invoices until you need them
- Switch on later without losing or redoing anything
- Full Mode shows the tax screens for your accountant
