From quote to invoice. And a clean way to say sorry.
Send a quote, turn it into an invoice in one tap, and handle returns or mistakes with a credit note. Faas keeps the books right in every case.
Quotes and credit notes are available in Easy Mode as well.

Not every sale goes in a straight line.
Customers ask for a price before they commit. Some return goods. Sometimes you charge too much. Quotes and credit notes are how a business handles all that politely and correctly, without messing up the books.
What changes when the paperwork is simple
Without Faas
- A quote in one file, then the invoice typed again from scratch
- A customer returns goods and you delete the invoice, losing the history
- A refund done in the bank with no record in the books
- Your accountant asks why the sales numbers keep changing
With Faas
- The quote becomes an invoice in one tap, with every line carried over
- A credit note records the return and keeps the original invoice intact
- Apply or Refund is a clear choice, and the books follow it
- A clean trail from quote to invoice to credit note
Quote, win, invoice.
Create the quote
Pick the customer, add the items and prices, and send the quote as a link, WhatsApp message or email.
See when it is viewed
Faas shows when the customer has viewed the quote, so you know when to follow up.
Convert to an invoice
When the customer says yes, tap Convert to invoice. Every line, price and note comes across.
Get paid
Choose a payment term, send the invoice and let the customer pay from the pay link.
A quote that turns into an invoice by itself.
Quotes are not accounting entries, they are offers. When a quote is accepted, converting it creates the real invoice, and the books only change at that point. Nothing is typed twice.
- See when the customer has viewed the quote
- One tap to convert to an invoice
- Quote and invoice stay linked in the customer history
Apply it, or refund it. You choose.
A credit note reduces or cancels an invoice, for a return, a discount agreed later or a mistake. The leftover amount then has to be settled in one of two ways: Apply it to another invoice, with no cash moving, or Refund it by paying the cash back.
- Apply: offset another invoice, no cash needed
- Refund: pay the money back to the customer
- The original invoice is never deleted
The same idea on the supplier side.
When you get something wrong from a supplier, such as a damaged delivery or a billing error, a debit note records it against their bill. The result is settled the same two ways: offset against another bill, or get the money back.
- Reduces what you owe a supplier
- Offset a later bill, or take a refund
- Hidden in Easy Mode, shown in Full Mode under Purchases
