Yes, free forever, with no card and no trial. Start covers getting paid: invoices, quotes and credit notes, the pay link, LHDN e-Invoice, contacts, products and services and your online store, with unlimited users. Each organisation can create 50 invoices, send 200 emails and keep 200 MB of files a month; quotations and credit notes are not limited. Bills, receipt scanning, bank statements, reports and POS start on Easy. Documents and pay pages sent on Start carry a small "Sent with Faas" line.

Choose Easy, Standard or Practice when you sign up and you get 30 days of it free, with nothing to pay up front. We email you at 20, 27 and 29 days. To carry on after the trial, pay for your plan in Billing with FPX online banking, a card, an e-wallet or DuitNow QR. Pay early and your paid period starts on the day the trial ends, so no trial days are lost. If you do not pay, your organisation moves to Start, the free plan, a week after the trial ends: nothing is deleted, and what Start does not include becomes read-only.

Plans are priced in Malaysian Ringgit and exclude 8% SST. You can choose monthly or yearly billing, and yearly is 10 months' price for 12 months (2 months free): Easy is RM 39 a month or RM 390 a year, Standard RM 89 or RM 890, and Practice RM 399 or RM 3,990. Use the Monthly and Yearly switch above to see both. You pay each period through CHIP with FPX online banking, a card, an e-wallet or DuitNow QR. About a week before a monthly period ends (a month before a yearly one) we email you an invoice with a Pay now link, and we remind you until it is paid. You can switch on automatic renewal with a saved card once it is offered in Billing.

As many as you like. Every plan has unlimited users, so you can invite your partner, staff, bookkeeper and accountant without paying per person. You decide what each person can do.

Practice includes up to 20 client organisations, each with its own books, team and setup, added from Billing. Each client organisation above 20 costs RM 19 a month, or RM 190 a year on yearly billing, plus SST.

Receipt and bill scans, and AI bank reconciliation runs, have a fair-use limit each month for each organisation: 100 on Easy, 500 on Standard and 500 for each client organisation on Practice. Emailed documents are limited too: 200 a month on Start, 1,000 on Easy and 2,000 on Standard and Practice. The counts start again on the 1st of every month, and Billing shows how many you have used. Start has no scanning.

On a paid plan, add a pack in Billing instead of waiting for next month: a scan pack is RM 10 a month for 200 more scans, an email pack RM 5 a month for 2,000 more emails. Packs are charged with your plan, on the same monthly or yearly cycle, until you remove them. Start cannot add packs; move to a paid plan for higher limits.

Yes. Registered non-profits get up to 25% off a paid plan, and groups running more than five companies can ask for a bulk discount. Talk to us and we will set it up.

Pay in Billing inside Faas, or from the Pay now link in your invoice email, with FPX online banking, a card, an e-wallet or DuitNow QR through CHIP. We never see your card or bank details. Every payment has an invoice and a receipt in Billing. You can cancel the renewal any time in Billing: the plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, you are not invoiced again, and then you carry on free on Start with your data kept.

Yes. Many owners start on Start, move to Easy when they want their spending and bank in Faas, and to Standard when they work with an accountant. You can also move to a smaller plan, Start included, if your needs change: nothing is deleted, and features the smaller plan does not have become read-only. Your books stay in one place whichever plan you use.

Yes. Prices exclude 8% SST, which is added on top when you are charged and shown on your invoice.

The Practice plan is built for practices that look after several clients: up to 20 client organisations included, roles and read-only auditor access. Start a free trial and add your clients from Billing. There is also a partner programme for practices.

Your own organisation is separate from your accountant's practice. If you want your accountant to work inside your books in Full Mode, choose the Standard plan; you can invite as many people as you need on any plan.
