Know what you sell, at what price, and what is left.
Keep one list of your products and services. Reuse each item inside invoices, and watch stock levels in Full Mode when you sell goods.
A service business never has to see the stock screens.

Typing the same price again and again is a waste.
If you sell the same things often, a saved item is faster and safer than a fresh line each time. If you sell goods, knowing how many are left stops you running out on a busy day.
What changes when your items live in one list
Without Faas
- Prices kept in your head, a notebook or an old invoice
- Different prices for the same thing on different invoices
- No idea you have 6 boxes left until the shelf is empty
- Stock counted by guessing at month end
With Faas
- One list of items and services with prices
- Pick an item on an invoice and the price fills in
- Stock levels shown next to each item in Full Mode
- A low-stock badge when a quantity is getting small
Add once, use everywhere.
Add an item or service
Give it a name, a price and, if it is a physical item, a starting quantity.
Use it on an invoice
On any invoice, pick the item and Faas fills in the name and price. Change the quantity or price on the line if you need to.
Stock goes down
For products with stock tracked, the quantity falls when you sell. Adjust it by hand after a count.
Check and top up
See what is low in the Products list and reorder before you run out.
A simple list for what you sell.
Products and services live in one list. A product is something you can count, like a bag of coffee beans. A service is something you do, like a training day, and has no stock. Both can be picked on an invoice.
- Name, price and whether it is a product or a service
- Low-stock badge on products that need topping up
- The same list powers quotes and invoices
| Item | Price | In stock |
|---|---|---|
| Arabica beans 1kg | RM 68.00 | 42 |
| Paper cups, box of 50 | RM 14.50 | 6 left |
| Barista training, 1 day | RM 350.00 | Service |
Quantities, not warehouse software.
Faas keeps track of how many of each product you have: items, adjustments and transfers between places. It is meant for a small shop or cafe that wants to know "how many do I have?", not for deep costing or warehouse management.
- Quantity on hand per item
- Stock adjustments after a count
- Transfers between locations

If you sell time, you will never see stock.
Designers, consultants, agents and tradespeople mostly sell services. In Easy Mode the Products and Stock screens stay hidden. You still reuse items and services inside your invoices, and nothing else gets in the way.
- Hidden by default in Easy Mode
- Items still appear inside invoices
- Switch to Full Mode to see the full lists
