Features/Pay link and payments

Let customers pay from one page. No login, no chasing.

Every invoice can have a pay link at pay.faas.my. Your customer sees what is due now and what comes later, pays by FPX, card or e-wallet, and Faas updates the invoice and matches your bank for you.

The pay link is included with invoices on every plan.

A customer who wants to pay should never have to ask for your bank details.

Every extra step between "I will pay" and "paid" is a day your money waits. One page that shows the amount and takes the payment closes that gap.

What changes with a pay link

Without a pay link

  • The customer asks for your bank account number again
  • They transfer money and send a screenshot as proof
  • You scroll the bank app to find which invoice it was for
  • Part payments get lost in WhatsApp chats

With a pay link

  • The customer taps the link and sees exactly what to pay
  • They pay by FPX, card or e-wallet in a minute
  • The invoice marks itself paid the moment it lands
  • Deposit and balance are tracked as separate steps
How it works

From invoice to paid, four steps.

1

Create the invoice

Choose the customer, add what you sold and pick a payment term such as 50/50. The pay link is created with the invoice.

2

Share the link

Send it on WhatsApp or email, or copy it anywhere you talk to your customer.

3

The customer pays

They open pay.faas.my with no login, see the amount due now and the schedule, and tap Pay Now with FPX, card or e-wallet.

4

Faas does the books

The invoice updates and the payment is matched to your bank line. There is nothing to tick off by hand.

What your customer sees

The amount due now, and what comes later.

The pay page is short on purpose. It shows how much to pay today, the rest of the schedule, and a clear Pay Now button. Paid steps show as paid, so nobody pays twice by mistake.

  • No account or login for the customer
  • Deposit and balance shown as a simple schedule
  • FPX, card or e-wallet, the customer chooses

After the payment

The invoice and the bank update themselves.

When a customer pays through the link, Faas knows which invoice it was for. The invoice moves to Part paid or Paid, and the matching bank line is ticked off when it appears on your statement.

  • Invoice status changes straight away
  • Bank match needs no manual ticking
  • Every payment is recorded against the right customer

On any phone

Made for the way customers already pay.

Many customers will open the link on a phone, straight from a WhatsApp message. The page is simple enough to use in a queue or on a bus, and it works the same way on a laptop.

  • One link per invoice, easy to resend
  • Works from a chat message or an email
  • Customers pay with the method they already use

Questions about the pay link

Does my customer need an account?
No. The customer opens the link and pays. There is no signup and no login.
Which payment methods can customers use?
FPX online banking, card and e-wallet. They choose when they tap Pay Now.
What if the invoice has a deposit and a balance?
The page shows the amount due now and the rest of the schedule. Each instalment has its own status, so a paid deposit shows as paid and the balance shows as the next step.
What if a customer pays by bank transfer instead?
That works too. When the payment shows up on your bank statement, Faas suggests the match to the invoice and you confirm it.
Are there fees for online payments?
The payment gateway may charge a fee on online payments. Check your gateway for its current fees before you turn it on.
Is it safe to share the link?
Each link is for one invoice and shows only what is due on it. Anyone who has the link can pay it, so send it only to your customer.
